Whale Tail: Fashion Faux Pas Or Sexy Style?
You may have seen it before...It's called Whale Tail and it is wildly popular with tweenies. Girls in low rise jeans with their thongs hanging out in a Paris Hilton fashion is all the rage on college campuses. What is your take?
